Enter the email address of your Dividily account: we will send you a confirmation link. Deletion only starts once you confirm from that link.
If you have the app installed you can also delete your account from Profile → Delete account, without using this page.
What gets deleted
- Account and profile: display name, email, sign-in provider.
- Active sessions and links to your devices.
- Push notification tokens.
- Receipts and attachments uploaded to cloud storage.
- Group memberships and the subscription tied to the account.
What is kept, and why

Timing
The account is disabled immediately: access and cloud sync stop at once. Permanent erasure happens 30 days after confirmation. Within that period you can undo it by signing back in to the Dividily app with the same account.
Subscriptions
A subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play is not cancelled by deleting your account: to stop renewals you must cancel it in your Apple or Google account settings.
